Terra Pizza
Meet Terra Pizza's Website
TARGET CUSTOMER
John & Jane Terra are small business owners with multiple pizza restaurants across the city.
GOAL
My goal was to create an online pizza ordering website for Terra Pizzas, where a customer can order pizza from any of their multiple locations.
MISSION
Create a shopping experience that includes a Homepage, and a pricing page for desktop and mobile. It includes the ordering process and upsells (salad, beverage, etc) without sounding salesy.
My Role
My RoleI was the UI/UX lead, reporting to product manager, marketing manger, and working closely with Developers. The following slides define the details of the project process and deliverables.
Meet Max
Max comes back from work, he is hungry. He wants to order pizza.
Needs:
Max needs to order food
- as fast, efficient and easy as possible
- Using visually pleasing interface.
The Challenge
- Customer can order pizza from any of Terra Pizza’s multiple locations.
- Besides the ordering process, we want to up-sells (salad, beverage, etc) without sounding salesy.
My Approch
- I would usually ask clarifying questions. Lots of them, to make sure the end goal and logic is fully understood.
- For this assignment, I decided to make a few assumptions about possible scenarios.
I came up with the following scenarios:
After ordering food, I wanted to give my users two options:
- They could pickup their order,
- They could wait for delivery.

Prototype
Going back to my wireframe, I applied the colors, styles outlined in my style tile to create a higher fidelity version. I brought these wireframes into InVision once again, to create a prototype that offers another opportunity for user testing before going further with the site design and implementation.
